I execute projects related to tagging proteins by fluorescent tags, viral vector assembly, construction of library for TALENs, CRISPR/Cas designing and liposomal nanoparticle mediated gene delivery. I have expertise in designing single/multi-fragment clonings and DNA sequencing. My aim is to help in building DNA and thus, help in achieving broad targets of gene therapy and synthetic biology.
